Beginning in 2020 initially as a passion project, toyotastes is a food content space, supper club and private catering service, with a focus on innovative food and beverage ideas and recipes - many of which refresh and draw influences from Nigerian and wider Afro-Caribbean culinary traditions and flavour profiles.
As well as reflecting the founder, Toyo's, Nigerian heritage and London upbringing, toyotastes recipes take inspiration from a variety of the other cuisines and cultures that she has encountered through her different life experiences (such as living abroad in Hong Kong, Paris and Dubai).
